DeRosier
DeRosier offer divine handmade chocolates of the finest organic ingredients. The store's mouthwatering treats and beautiful designs have deservedly won several awards such as the Great Taste and the Gold Academy of Chocolate. The shop's flavours are full of surprises – the Passionfruit is bold and tangy whilst the Lemongrass, Lime & Chilli... well it knocks your socks off! Or should I say tastebuds off? Either way each tantalizing flavour is a delightful bitesized adventure of its own whether rich and mellow or packing a punch.
The Southfields shop features an adjacent cafe, offering quality coffee, cakes and pastries to its visitors and there's a newly opened store in Earlsfield as well.

Harry's Chocolate Emporium

A truly unique, up-and-coming chocolatier in Tooting, selling chocolate made in the British Isles and Belgium. How does honeycomb chocolate from Wales sound? Or Chilli Dark Chocolate from Belgium? Bacon and Marmalade flavour perhaps? The list of weird yet wonderful chocolates goes on and on. You can thank the furry co-owner and chief chocolate chooser for such a barking mad selection: Harry the Cavapoo! (pictured above).

R Chocolate London

For salted caramel lovers, look no further.
This chocolate shop was founded by Sir Evelyn de Rothschild and his daughter with the aim of becoming the finest chocolate and patisserie brand in the UK. Inside the boutique you'll find boxes of fresh ganaches, stylish bars and fabulous ornate elephant chocolates which are filled with indulgent salted caramel, from which a percentage of sales are donated to the Elephant Family Charity.
R Chocolate has two boutiques – one in Belgravia and one in Richmond. Keep an eye out for its Christmas selection which includes flavours such as spiced orange, gingerbread, cinnamon and my favourite: sloe gin.

Sandrine Chocolates
Sandrines has been in the chocolate business for over 25 years, providing luxury chocolates to the coco-hungry inhabitants of South West London and garnering great acclaim for doing so. The shop is in partnership with a small, family-run chocolatiers in Belgium and is the only supplier of the family's tasty chocs in the whole of the UK. You'll have to go all the way to Brussels to find them anywhere else!

Urban Village Chocolates
These chocolates are the definition of silky smooth.
A five-time Gold Great Taste Awards winner, it's no surprise that this online shop in Twickenham is enjoying some considerable success. The store sells beautiful, eye-catching chocolates from truffles to chunky bars. One of their best products is the 'Around the World' collection, a box of boldly designed milk and dark chocolate discs each using a particular cocoa bean from different countries and plantains. The menu card describes the flavours of each chocolate so you can take your taste buds on a round-the-world journey through each and every cocoa region.
