With the recent pandemic still on our minds, a lot of offices have gone virtual for their parties - and this doesn’t mean that they cannot be fun.
When you go virtual, it’s recommended to do something different and new to make the experience more worthwhile - especially if your colleague already looks at their screens all day every day.
Merriment Atelier offers Paint and Sip classes, where you can join from the comfort of your own home. The workshops are carried out via Zoom, where you will be shown and taught some basic techniques before you’re free to laugh and joke with your colleagues regarding your creations.

- How many people can attend? As many as they want. For the virtual party, there are no restrictions.
- Is alcohol sent beforehand to the customer? Yes, for UK customers only.
- Will the customer receive their paint kits by delivery if participating virtually? Yes, we offer two types of kits: classic with acrylic paint and canvas or paint kit with red wine or paint kit with coffee. We normally outline the object, so it will be easier for our guests to follow along with the instructions.
- How much does it cost to be a part of the session? It depends on the kit, which typically starts from £40 for the painting kit and virtual party instructor. A virtual-only party is £15. For groups over 20, there is a special offer.
- Does an artist lead the session? Yes, they will have an instructor showing them how to paint.
- How long are the parties? – 1 hour for virtual, 2 hours for regular parties
Paint and prosecco parties
What woman doesn’t love sparkles and bubbles? These Paint and Prosecco events have been designed to celebrate any occasion, where you can even customise the look and feel of the party to your brand colours or ethos.
The type of painting activity is also up for choice, for example, you can choose to paint yourself, or even your pet. Whatever your theme, Merriment Atelier can make it happen.
For group bookings, the minimum number of guests is 15 people and the maximum is 60 guests. All drinks can be included and chosen to complement the experience.
Costs
- £39 for up to 15 guests
- £35 for over 15 guests – this for a workshop up to 2 hours
- Premium workshops are normally 3 hours and their rates are - £48 for up to 15 guests and £45 for over 15 guests
Everything required for the workshop, themed aprons, eco-friendly bags to take their masterpieces home, paints, canvas, brushes and drinks are all included.
Anti-anxiety and de-stressing sessions
Some of the workshops are targeted at deep relaxation and emotional wellbeing. Zen paintings or meditative paintings are all about de-stressing, calming yourself, and unwinding.
These workshops are created to take your mind into a meditative state; a fantastic option for people who find meditation a bit difficult.
