If you have young children then you must take them to see The Night Pirates at the Rose theatre. It is a musical based on the children's book, about a young boy who wakes to find girl pirates stealing the front of his house. They take him on an exciting adventure and you are encouraged to join the pirate crew.
It's a truly magical show which had my two daughters (five and eight) singing and dancing throughout. One not to be missed.
