The Affordable Art Fair is back at Battersea Park October 20-23 for an arty extravaganza, showing an awesome array of original artwork from hundreds of exceptional artists, all priced between £100 and £5,000. With the show just around the corner we list 5 of the things we're most excited about for this years fab fair.

With more than 1,100 artists under one roof and expert gallerists on hand to guide you through, the Affordable Art Fair is one of the easiest and most enjoyable ways to view and buy art, making it accessible to the many not just the privileged few.
As well as showcasing a fantastic selection of art, the fair hosts a selection of workshops for adults and kids alike. Youngsters can unleash their imagination in the Creative Studio, while adults can embrace their artistic side at a selection of classes and presentations hosted by leading industry experts.
Confirmed galleries so far include Linda Blackstone Gallery, Liberty Gallery, Jealous Gallery, Eleven and a Half, and Eduardo Alessandro Studios, with many more to be announced. Here are just a few of the upcoming fair features that have left us aquiver with anticipation...
1) Ben Eine (Jealous gallery) – London-born street artist, famous for his distinct typographic style using brightly coloured letters on shop shutters and street walls, will be bringing a series of works to the upcoming Battersea fair. Eine first became prominent in the street art scene through his symbiotic partnership with Banksy – through Eine, Bmanksy was able to access the underground scene and, through Bansky, Eine accessed the commercial world.

2) Jann Haworth (Olivia Connelly) – Previously married to English pop artist Peter Blake, Jann Haworth worked with him on the iconic Sargent Pepper Album cover for the Beatles. She was part of the British Pop-Art movement and will be bringing a doughnut series of works, reminiscent of some of her earlier work, to the fair.

3) Melvin Sokolksky (The Print Room at Beetles & Huxley) – Melvin Sokolksky is known for his iconic ‘Bubble’ series of photographs depicting fashion models floating in giant clear plastic bubbles suspended in mid-air above the River Seine in Paris. He will be bringing some artworks from his ‘Bubble’ series to the upcoming Affordable Art Fair Battersea.

Taking place from 5.30pm-9.30pm, visitors will have the opportunity to mingle with gallerists throughout the evening and fair experts will be on hand to provide top tips on buying art for the home
5) Own Art - Affordable Art Fair brings together hundreds of emerging and established artists from across the globe. As well as being to view art that may not normally be so easily accessible, it gives people the chance to start building a collection of art through the Own Art scheme – an interest-free scheme that lets you get on the ‘art ladder’ and invest in some lovely pieces for your home.
