Sam Harrison formerly of Sam’s Brasserie in Chiswick has been finalising plans for his Hammersmith restaurant, and he’s announced two exciting appointments. Chef, restaurateur and journalist Rowley Leigh joins him as culinary director working on kitchen design, menus, sourcing and recruiting chefs.
Head chef will be Harvey Trollope, previously from The Ritz Restaurant with John Williams and Wheelers of St James. The all-day British brasserie and bar launches this summer as part of the Riverside Studios development and will have an Anglo-French menu.
