This October, we celebrated pets and in particular man's best friend! And the love we have our furry friends has made us reflect on the animals that do not have homes or loving owners. Especially when these animals are so close to home.
Epsom Canine Rescue in Reigate is one of the many local charities looking to make a difference. The charity's main aim is to rescue canines in distress and re-home them with the perfect owners. And they pride themselves on their ability to place the dog in the right home, the first time.
So, if our pet issue has inspired you to get a dog of your own, or even to volunteer get in touch with Epsom Canine Rescue. All current canine residents are listed on the website, and the charity asks people to contact them by email (nikki@epsomcaninerescue.co.uk) or fill a form out on the website epsomcaninerescue.co.uk.

Everything Epsom Canine Rescue carries out is purely on a voluntary basis and are always on hand to help dogs in need get a second chance. However, because of limited resources, they are only able to rehome dogs within 20 miles of Reigate. They do this so they can make sure follow up checks can be made to confirm that the dogs have really found a home for life.
