A little bit about us and the mill....

We’ve owned the mill since September 2007 & in our time won a host of awards & accolades for doing something that comes naturally, running Great British Pubs. The Wiremill was our first in the adventure that has now turned into a thriving business filled with amazing young talent & stunning customers. Originally built to wrought iron the mill was (is) the oldest working mill in the county. Having seen many different guises since the early 15th Century the old building is still standing & thriving in its latest adventure.

Hello, I am a blast from the past. My ex husband and I managed the wire mill when Frank chapel owned it. I wondered who owns the wiremill now. We had a very memorable experience running it. Sooner than later hoping to come to visit to see the changes. It looks amazing. :)) kind regards Hedy.
