Guildford Baptist Church is a large community of Christians, of all ages and backgrounds, based at the Millmead Centre in the heart of the town.
We have a weekly programme that caters for all kinds of groups: from mums and tots all the way to groups for some of the more senior folks.
So in many ways we are an active church.
But our conviction is that the essence of church life, as well as our mission, is not our programme but our commitment to a simple pattern of life that is rooted in the preaching and teaching of scripture, discipleship, prayer and, above all, love: love for God and love towards one another.
