Ray Mears is perhaps the foremost expert in his field and no doubt the widest-travelled! Over the past two decades Ray has become recognised for his work in some of the world’s uninhabitable and harshest environments.
A household name with fans of every generation, many have enjoyed his numerous television series including; Track, World of Survival, Trips Money Can’t Buy with Ewan McGregor, The Real Heroes of Telemark and many more. Ray is also a successful author of more than ten survival books and his much-anticipated autobiography has been released this month.
Ray’s unique and down to earth approach, warmth and respect for the many indigenous people and different cultures he has experienced has touched the hearts of everyone. His obvious love and passion for his subject has made Ray a true master of the subject he calls ‘Wilderness Bushcraft’.
An Evening with Ray Mears - The Outdoor Life is a captivating and fascinating show for the whole family to enjoy.
