Nothing can replicate the buzz of tyres on tarmac and the wind in your hair, but Njinga Training claims to have brought the open road indoors
A specialist indoor cycle training lab with juice bar has opened its doors at Kingston Bridge. Njinga has been set up by two endurance riders, Togo Keynes and Leigh Rogers.
A British Cycling coach, Togo is also a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach and spin instructor, while Leigh is a sports nutrition advisor and holistic health coach.
The studio is kitted out with 13 state-of-the-art Wattbikes and offers classes throughout the day to suit all levels. Togo says, "We can improve your cycling form in a fun and motivational environment.”
And, if you're wondering about the name, Njinga means bicycle in Chichewa, the local language in Malawi from where Togo originates.
A 45-minute class costs £17.00. Private coaching is available.
