Kingston is NOT a great reference

Having recently moved from the Borough of Kingston, I know that the Dutch style 'Home Zones' are not welcomed by residents. They are horribly dangerous and inconvenient for everyone. I suggest you go and try walking about in these areas before you recommend bringing them to Surrey.
