Three men have been arrested on suspicion of arson following a suspicious fire in Warlingham, Tandridge, during the early hours of this morning (Wednesday, 3 December).
Officers were called to Tithepit on Shaw Lane at around 12.50am on Wednesday, 3 December following a report of suspicious activity at the location.
On police arrival officers discovered a fire in an electricity box at the location and Surrey Fire and Rescue Service were called to assist.
An area search was carried out, including help from the NPAS helicopter and the police dog unit.
A short time later three men were arrested on suspicion of arson and remain in police custody at this time.
