A second man in two days has died after falling from Eden Walk car park in Kingston town centre.
A London Ambulance spokeswoman said they were called to the scene at 1.57pm, but the man was unable to be resuscitated and died at the scene.
Emergency services are in attendance, and areas around the scene have been closed off.
"I was about to go back to my car when a body fell off the top of the car park and landed outside M&S" said a witness.
"I've never seen so many police running around. The car park has been closed to protect the public from seeing the body."
"Police are saying it will be around five hours until we can collect our cars. Now everything is closed. I'm stuck in M&S, where they have pulled all shutters down so we can't see anything. M&S have made a waiting area for those of us stuck here."
The man is the second in two days to die falling from the car park. Yesterday afternoon at around 2.30pm a man fell and died at the scene, despite resuscitation attempts.
"I work just opposite the entrance to the car park, and both days seeing all those police arriving was quite worrying, I can't believe that this happened two days in a row" said another witness.
"My thoughts go out to the families of both the men."
