Officers from Surrey Police are looking for two men who removed contents from packages at the post office and bakery in Connaught Road, Brookwood, and then stole some pies and pasties from the bakery area before leaving.
Two men broke into an outbuilding and committed the theft sometime between 1.30-6.30am on Thursday 16 October. They also opened some items of mail.
The first suspect is described as white, around 5ft 10” tall, in his 20s and of stocky build. He was wearing a check ‘trappers’ hat with ear flaps which were tied up on top of the hat. He was also wearing a dark coloured bulky jacket and very large gloves and appeared to have something wrong with his leg, possibly a limp.
The second suspect is also described as white, in his 20s but slightly taller than the first man and of slim build with a large nose. He was wearing a light grey hooded top with the hood up and a thin anorak type jacket over the top. He was also wearing light grey jogging bottoms and two coloured trainers, possibly Nike.
“We are keen to identify these two men and are appealing to the public for their help" said PC Helen Bryant.
