Boy pleads not guilty to five sexual offence charges against a 48-year-old woman in Bagshot

A 16-year-old boy has pleaded not guilty to five sexual offence charges.

The charges relate to an incident which occurred when a 48-year-old woman was walking along a footpath in the vicinity of Esher Road and Pennyhill Park Hotel in Bagshot around 2.50pm on Friday, 27 June.

Yesterday (September 16) at Guildford Crown Court, the boy pleaded not guilty to one charge of rape, one charge of attempt rape, one charge of sexual assault by touching and two charges of assault by penetration.

The boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons has been remanded in custody, with a trial date set for Monday, 10 November at Guildford Crown Court.
