Priory Farm Strawberry Fair Food Festival
Celebrate summer with Priory Farm in Redhill at the annual Strawberry Fair Food Festival
Food lovers from across Surrey will be heading to Priory Farm this June to join in with the farm’s fifth annual Strawberry Fair Food Festival on Saturday 28 and Sunday 29 June.
Artisan producers flock to the farm for the two day event to offer delicious regional and local food and drink for visitors to sample, including gourmet sauces and preserves, traditional breads, speciality cheeses and other fine foods.
The fair also dishes up fun for all the family including tractor rides and nature trails on the Discovery Walk for the children, while parents sit back and enjoy a glass of cool beer with a hot dog made with the farm’s own handmade sausages, or perhaps indulge in the British tradition of a strawberries and cream.
“Priory Farm’s Strawberry Fair has become a very popular event for regular customers and also attracts a lot of new visitors,” says Farm Shop Manager Will Edwards. “One of the best things about the occasion is that it gives people chance to meet up with artisan producers and to discover new products.
“The fair is now a regular fixture on the South East’s gourmet calendar and is a great day out. It offers something for everyone in an area of outstanding natural beauty. We’re often told there’s nowhere like Priory Farm and that’s why people love it so much.”
Strawberry Fair opening times: Saturday 28 June 10.00 am – 4.30 pm, Sunday 29 June 10.30 am – 4.30 pm. Free entry
