A touch of Latin passion is set to hit the Woking culinary scene, as Las Iguanas prepares to open their new South American restaurant at the end of March
It's a stunning restaurant capable of hosting up to 170 people, with the bright, colourful tiling and wall art that's become so characteristic of Las Iganuas, complete with a piazza and separate bar area. Still, it's the food that will really be on display when Las Iguanas open their 39th restaurant in Woking.
From Brazilian Xinxim curry to Mexican enchiladas, their host of Latin American dishes will come with a raft of fiery sauces - from honey peri peri to flaming hot habanero. All washed down with one of their delicious cocktails, including the company's signature Caipirinha, made with its its own Cachaça, sourced and distilled near Rio.
To celebrate the restaurant's launch, Las Iguanas has a two-for-one offer on every dish, from March 30 – April 2 from 12pm–5pm. They're also playing host to a festival-inspired weekend, with a Big Burrito Giveaway from April 3 – April 5. 100 guests from Friday to Sunday will be treated to a free burrito - it's first come, first served, so be quick! The climax of the celebrations is the Cocktail Carnival on April 4, when customers will receive a complimentary cocktail on arrival, with their main course and with dessert - a great way to try out some of the famous Las Iguanas cocktails!
