Haslemere Beer Festival 2014
Haslemere Beer Festival returns to Haslemere Hall on Friday 5th & Saturday 6th September.
Celebrating its eighth year, the festival of Real Ale, Cider & Perry with a slosh of wine chucked in for good measure. Haslemere Beer Festival is now one of the leading Beer Festivals popular throughout the South East. More than 1000 are expected for this year’s event.
Over 50 great real ales, ciders and perries, a wide range of live music and delicious local food have proved a winning formula that pulls in the crowds. Several breweries have used the festival to launch new beers and it’s hoped this will be the case again this year.
Friday and Saturday evenings are from 7pm to 11pm and feature a selection of great local bands. Saturday lunchtime between midday and 4pm has a more laid back atmosphere with a chance to chat to some of the local brewers who plan to attend. Delicious hot food will be available at each session.
The very popular men’s crèche returns to the Saturday lunchtime session. Wives and girlfriends just deliver their other halves and then go and enjoy some peace. The men enjoy a selection of the best real ales, an opportunity not to be missed!
The beer festival is run by volunteers with any surplus funds going to charity. Charities that have been supported in previous years include Action for A-T, Haslemere Hall, SERV, Round Table Children’s Wish and Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, JDRF.
Limited numbers of tickets are available and some sessions sell out in advance so buy them now from Haslemere Hall Box Office in Bridge Road, by phone on 01428 642161 or via the website haslemerehall.co.uk
