People enjoying Picnic in the Castle Grounds
Celebrate Guildford in Bloom and The Queen's Platinum Jubilee at Picnic in the Castle Grounds sponsored by Tunsgate Quarter and Experience Guildford.
Come along and bring a picnic and enjoy music and entertainment with Guildford Fringe Festival from the Bandstand between 12 noon and 4pm.
Tea, Coffee and Cakes will be available from Castle Green Bowls Club and you can also have a go at bowls on the green.
The Keep Pub will provide the Pimm's Tent.
Visit the stands and join in the activities.
Well behaved dogs allowed on leads.
This event is free to attend and no booking is necessary - however please be aware that in the area around the bandstand there is limited capacity and it is possible at peak times you may be asked to set up your picnic in other parts of the Castle Grounds which are open all year round.
Just one last thing - as this event is free we ask that you please take all your rubbish home with you.
