Michelangelo – The Sistine Ceiling
Michelangelo – one of the most famous artists of all time. Possessor of ‘genius’; ‘terribilita’; superhuman powers; ‘divine’; bad tempered; hypochondriac; complainer; mean. Creator of some of the world’s most famous artworks, during a turbulent, strife-torn period, we will focus on his gargantuan achievement – The Sistine Chapel Ceiling. Technically, conceptually, physically – how did he do it?
