An Introduction to Counselling & Mentoring Skills

This 3- week course run by adult education charity the WEA includes:

• Defining the role of a mentor and counsellor and providing guidelines to managing these relationships

• Setting ground rules and boundaries for the partnerships

• Develop skills for mentoring and counselling, including active listening & questioning techniques.
