Our events are called gong baths - each relaxation session bathes participants in sound. The NHS is increasingly using music and sound therapy and new scientific studies are
demonstrating how sound vibration can help stress, tension and other conditions. We will be sharing the power of sound at Elmbridge community centres to help people de-stress after a busy week. Join us - you might be surprised at the results! One pound from each ticket will go to worthy causes.
