Upstream – the Festival’s Official Water Partner for 2019 – will be at the three-day event showcasing its three refreshing flavours: Grapefruit & Bergamot, Pomegranate & Lime and Cucumber & Mint, all packaged in a recyclable can.
Pub in the Park takes place in the stunning Chiswick House and Gardens, and will this year be hosted by celebrity chefs Rick Stein, James Martin and Monica Galetti. For food lovers, it’s the perfect place to see some of the UK’s finest chefs and culinary experts, sample delicious Michelin Star dishes and watch live cooking demonstrations from an impressive chef line-up.
Visitors can enjoy food and drink from an array of pop-up gastro pubs, bars and an artisan market. There’s plenty for families too, with children’s entertainment including crafts, giant outdoor games, cake decorating and a cinema tent.
That’s not all. Festival-goers will be entertained throughout the evening with an impressive line-up of live music from the likes of Razorlight and Gabrielle (Friday), and Sophie Ellis-Bextor and Texas on Sunday.

This Prize Draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 and over, excluding employees, directors and agents of Upstream, Clearly Drinks and Pub in the Park, their partner companies, their family members, or anyone else connected with this Promotion.
Competition Period: The competition runs between 5:00 pm on 28/08/19 until 11:59 pm on 02/09/19. Entries made outside of these timescales will not be counted.

The Prize: Each winner (total of 5 winners) gets one pair of Friday (6th September) or Sunday (8th September) general admission tickets, for one of the following options.
6 pm – 10:30 pm (Friday 6th September)
11:30 am – 4:30 pm (Sunday 8th September)
5:30 pm – 10:30 pm (Sunday 8th September)
Each pair of tickets must be used together for the same session. The prize must be redeemed by noon on Thursday 5th September. Tickets will be sent in digital format.
The prize carries no cash value, is non-transferable and may not be substituted by the winner. No compensation will be payable if the winner is unable to use the prize as stated.
Winner Selection: A winner will be selected at random from all qualifying entries.
Winner selection will be conducted within 3 working days of the Prize Draw Close. The winner must be aged 18 or over at the time of entering and proof of age must be presented upon request by Upstream, Clearly Drinks, in order for the winner to claim the Prize.
The winner will be notified by Upstream. If the winner fails to claim their prize by noon on Thursday 5th September it will be forfeited.
The Promoter reserves the right to reallocate the prize to another entrant selected in the same way. The prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if the winner is unable to use the prize as stated.
Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries, by or via third parties or syndicates, entries by macros or other automated means (including systems which can be programmed to enter), and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that participant’s entries into the prize draw in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the Promotion, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
The Promoter reserves the right at its absolute discretion to disqualify entries which it considers do not comply with these terms and conditions or any participant who it reasonably believes has interfered with the fair running of this Promotion. If the Promoter feels that an entrant has cheated or conducted unfair practice (i.e. spamming of comments or treating other entrants unkindly) then the Promoter reserves the right to withhold the prize indefinitely until a final judgement has been made. This final judgement may include disqualification, in which case the prize will be reallocated as per Point 7.
The Promoter shall have the right, where necessary, to undertake all such action as is reasonable to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid claims including, without limitation, to require further verification as to the identity, age, and other relevant details of a participant.
The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the Promotion and for no other purpose unless we have your consent. The Promoter may disclose entrants’ personal information to its contractors and agents to assist in conducting this prize draw or communicating with entrants. The participant may withdraw consent to such use of personal information by writing to the Promoter or by using the opt-out process outlined in the Promoter’s privacy policy.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed or incomplete or cannot be entered.
The Promoter cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, costs, expenses or claims suffered by entrants as a result of entering the Promotion or accepting the prizes.
By entering the Promotion you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current [UK] data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
The Promoter’s decision in all matters is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
This Promotion will be governed by laws of England and the jurisdiction of the Courts of England.
