Based on Sophocles’ Antigone, Performance Preparation Academy presents The Burial at Thebes. Two brothers die fighting on opposite sides of the civil war in Thebes. When Creon, the new ruler, refuses to bury the brother who was a traitor, Antigone – the rebel’s sister – defies Creon by vowing to bury him herself.
