For the first time ever The Barn is thrilled to bring you a night of live music, celebrating some of the greatest songs from the Fifties to the Noughties.
We are looking for a fabulous cast of singers and dancers to perform with a live eight-piece band to produce a night of musical performances and extraordinary theatre.
This is an original show devised and produced by our excellent and truly talented MD, Charlie Swift. It will feature songs from The Rolling Stones, Aretha Franklin, Whitney Houston, Frank Sinatra, Beyonce and hits from movie classics like Back To The Future and James Bond.
‘SPECTACULAR’ will be a show suitable for all the family and will have the audience dancing in the aisles!
Singers and dancers of all ages of all capabilities are invited to audition to be a part of this exciting production. There will be opportunities for solo pieces, small group performances and chorus numbers. There is also a narrator role for a non-singer.
Rehearsals will be Monday and Thursday evenings starting Monday 8 April with occasional Sunday rehearsals.
Production dates will be 28-30th June and 3-6th July 2019 (a run of 8 performances in total)
