SwimWay Holiday Crash Courses in South-West London: Prepare Your Child
As parents, if there’s one thing we know, it’s that children love swimming on holidays. Whether it’s at the beach in the summer, in the hotel pool or in the local lido.
Learning to swim is an important rite of passage in every child’s life. We will never forget the first times we spent in the water - and for good reason.
Giving your child the opportunity to learn how to swim introduces them to the only sport which could save their life.
Research suggests that at the age of four years, children should have already started to learn how to swim, as this is the stage where they are “developmentally ready”.
An essential life skill to learn, it builds confidence and creates happy memories for all the family. So, how can you get started?
The perfect half-term activity

Swimming lessons provide the perfect chance for families to get out of the house and not have to worry about coming into contact with too many others.
SwimWay COVID19 measures have been put in place to maximise hygiene and keep everyone safe.
“I just wanted to say how fantastic you guys have been with the swimming lessons during the pandemic. It is brilliant. It is so secure. It went way beyond what was required, but that’s the SwimWay team for you! I think it is brilliant what you guys have done, well done!” - Cecilia - Richmond
Parents who have opted to undertake lessons with SwimWay over their holiday courses have seen their children’s swimming strengths improve by leaps and bounds.
This is due to the intense attention to individual needs throughout the week.

Why do so many parents choose SwimWay Holiday Swimming Courses?
The children love it: Students flourish in their lessons when they attend on a regular basis. This allows them to build their confidence, make new friends and get to know the trainers and staff
Bespoke, personal approach: Experienced coaches offer intensive one-to-one classes and instruction, which allows students to focus on particular weaknesses and helps teachers boost progress and perfect technique
Highly-rated: Clients choose SwimWay for their unique methodology. Students receive full, direct support inside the water from their teacher. This allows them to use only a kickboard as a floatation device without sacrificing safety measures. Other swim schools often use backpacks, shark wings and noodles which inevitably delays the learning process
Impressive results: SwimWay teaches thousands of children throughout the year. They have found confidence and comfort in the water lay the groundwork for future progression. By receiving extra attention and attending daily training sessions, students overcome their fears and are able to push themselves further, which results in them improving faster
They do more: Some new swimmers require additional attention to a particular stroke or part of a technique. This is particularly true for various students working towards SwimWay Stage 3 (one of the most technically challenging levels to pass in the programme)
