Dorking Christmas lights switch on, St Martin’s Walk Shopping Centre
The cast of Dorking Halls pantomime, Jack & the Beanstalk, celebrate switching on Dorking’s Christmas lights.
Master of ceremonies, J Marky, will compere the event and entertain families alongside the cast of Jack & the Beanstalk. Dorkers, the popular mascot of The Friends of Dorking, will be strutting around and posing for photos. The Chairman of Mole Valley District Council Councillor Emile Aboud, assisted by the panto cast, will switch on the Christmas illuminations in the shopping centre and across town.

Farnham Christmas lights switch on, Gostrey Meadow
Also enjoy the arts, crafts and food market that will run throughout the afternoon, Santa’s grotto, animal nativity scene with real animals, fairground and face painting.

Cranleigh High Street Christmas lights switch on
Wander through the Italian Market and Craft Fair, have your picture taken with Christmas Minnie and Mickey Mouse, enjoy a ride or two or perhaps have your face painted before visiting Father Christmas's Grotto.
Why not tuck into a Richard Onslow winter BBQ while singing carols around the tree under the gentle trickle of snow.
Sit back with beer, muled wine or hot chocolate and watch a stunning array of performances before the big count down as a special guest arrives and Cranleigh lights up in front of your eyes.

Godalming Christmas lights switch on
The Christmas lights will be switched on at a special ceremony at the Pepperpot. Godalming will again be aglow, not only with Christmas Cheer, but with glittering icicle lighting which will illuminate the whole Town.
Visit Santa's magical grotto where the children can enjoy festive activities as well as say hello to Father Christmas, and enjoy pony rides for kids. Take your time as you browse over 60 stalls full of Christmas gift ideas and enjoy delicious street food, mulled wine and other festive treats. Live music and entertainment will be on hand all day and a traditional French market can be found in Church Street.

Stoneleigh Broadway, Epsom Christmas lights switch on
Stoneleigh Broadway's Christmas evening event returns following last year's success. Come along and enjoy festive music and dance. For kids there's a mini fun fair, special guests include Father Christmas and Punch and Judy. Shops will remain open late and there will be lots of stalls for those looking for special Christmas gifts.

Reigate Christmas lights switch on
The Reigate Christmas Winter Fayre will be held in the town on Saturday 6th December. The annual market run by Reigate Business Guild will be a really enjoyable Family Day with rides, stalls, competitions and street entertainers. Supported by the Mayor, events include donkey rides to Santa's Grotto, and street entertainment.
