Pub in the Park
PITP Chiswick has moved from its usual September slot to June (28-30) before rolling into Reigate in July (12-14). This year’s festivals include a brand new Kitchen Studio arena that will host Q&As, celebrity interviews, demos, and masterclasses, as well as a new cookery book pavilion curated by Angela Hartnett.
There’ll be live recordings of Simon Rimmer’s Pod in the Park podcast, an all-new fire food restaurant with a revamped Firepit Theatre, and a new Wing Rave stage, combining chef Jack Blumenthal’s spicy chicken wings (Ginger Wings) with a line-up of DJs. Hampton Court Palace Food Festival

The Surrey Food Festival
Another food-filled event in Richmond’s Old Deer Park. Taste of London
This early pioneer of food festivals turns 20 this year. Returning to Regent’s Park for five days of feasting, it features over 120 dishes from London’s latest and greatest, including chefs, artisan producers, a cookery school, a fire pit stage and party vibes. Newbies this year include steakhouse Le Petit Beefbar, The Shard’s Oblix and Kolamba’s vibrant Sri-Lankan style home cooking. Marzamemi Festival
Coming to Richmond is Marzamemi – a new family-friendly festival celebrating the vibrant culture of its namesake village in Sicily. Founded by Richmond residents, the two-day event in Old Deer Park promises superb Italian cuisine, live music, DJs and kids activities. With Lina Stores, Malfy Gin, Crosta & Mollica, Napoli on the Road, Base Face Pizza and Coccole Tiramisu all involved, it’s set to be a delicious weekend.
