The Museum runs a monthly Young Archaeologist’s Club aimed at 8-13 year olds, costing £15 per term.
The club provides an opportunity for children to have fun finding out about their local history and archaeology, meet real archaeologists and craftspeople, develop new skills and make new friends in the process.
We explore everything from Prehistory to the Romans, Anglo Saxons to life as an Archaeologist. Club members take part in craft activities, archaeological digs and trips out.
Sessions will take place on the last Saturday of every month. Booking essential for each session, to confirm your place please contact the Museum on 01252 715 094 or museum@farnhammaltings.com.
