Photograph the winter wildlife wonders of the wetlands with practical guidance and tuition from photographer Jackie Rado. Discover and learn about seasonal wildlife of the reserve and how to photograph it.
This course takes a closer look at composition and the placement of subjects in your photography. We’ll look at compositional examples and guidelines, as well as how to translate what you saw in your mind’s eye into a striking photographic image.
During the day we hope to photograph the abundance of wintering wildfowl and water birds, while also enjoying some creative photography exploring detail, texture and form of the winter flora and landscape.
The day will begin with an introduction inside, before heading out into our nature reserve. This course is suitable for beginner and intermediate photographers, and tuition will be tailored to suit individual requirements. Due to small course numbers there will be plenty of time for 1-2-1 tuition.
Please bring your camera with fully charged batteries and formatted memory cards. A longer zoom lens is useful if you have one but not essential.
Don’t forget to dress warm and bring waterproofs for the winter weather!
