Richmond Shakespeare Society (RSS) – one of the Borough’s longest-standing theatre companies – is staging The Adventures of Dick Whittington and his Cat from Friday 11th to Saturday 19th December at the Mary Wallace Theatre on Twickenham Riverside.
The Richmond Shakespeare Society is having a pantomime. Oh yes it is!
This brand new version of the traditional story follows Dick and his Cat from their home village to London and then on to Morocco.
With Dame and Principal Boy and many others (including some anachronistic surprises) this pantomime brings you all the usual seasonal delights, culminating in a talent contest to choose the next Mayor of London. Little ones in the audience will be invited to join in the contest with a song or dance or telling a joke, so do come prepared.
