Two of Surrey’s largest and longest-standing community choirs will be raising their voices together to present a delightfully varied programme of traditional and popular songs in a charity concert.
The 140-voice Elmbridge Choir and the 90-voice Elmbridge Ladies Choir will perform ‘The Joys of Spring’ at Holy Trinity Church, Claygate on Saturday 14th May, in support of Leatherhead-based charity, Freewheelers Theatre and Media Company
Both choirs will perform plenty of new songs alongside a few old favourites: from folk to light opera, from movie songs to musical theatre – something for everyone to enjoy!
‘The Joys of Spring’ will commence at 7.30pm. Tickets costing £10 for adults, £8 concessions and £5 for children under 12 are available from www.ticketbasket.co.uk.
