Surrey Spice invites you to Surrey's only Indian Supper Club. This amazing dining experience, set in the privacy of a Guildford home uses fresh produce, our own spice blends and family recipes handed down through generations. Each meal is themed around regions, festivals or seasons offering more than fifteen dishes and served in traditional style over four courses.
Supper clubs are now the rage from London to Tokyo and offer a wonderful social experience and a great way to catch up with old friends or make some new ones over some fabulous food and conversation. Spaces are limited to 12 per session and need to be booked in advance.
Details of the next four supper clubs are as follows:
14th March: Celebrate Holi where we present the regional food of India through the colors of this festival. From melt in the mouth malai tikkas to fish wrapped in banana leaves, this offers a visual and culinary feast.
17th April : A Royal Bengal Feast; Celebrating the Bengali New Year we bring you the best dishes from India's culinary melting pot - from Prawns Malai Curry to Puchkas that explode on your palate.
8th May: A Badshahi Platter. From Delhi to Hyderabad we bring you an amazing meal enjoyed by the erstwhile Maharajas through time immemorial. Lentils simmered overnight and smoky kebabs.
13th June: Serenading Summer. Celebrate warm evenings and blue skies with the taste of summer on your plate - from watermelon granitas to mango soufflés and everything in between..
