A seasonal collaboration between The Gin Kitchen, a Dorking-based producer of luxury gins, absinthe and bespoke spirits and roving dining experience A Table Outside.

You’ve heard of wine pairings, but for this dinner we’re mixing things up quite literally and matching courses to cocktails conjured up by The Gin Kitchen’s resident mixologist.

Acclaimed Surrey chef and blogger Laura Scott will be showcasing produce from the surrounding area and the evening also includes a tour of the distillery.
