Due to the increase in a wide range of processed foods most people are consuming more refined sugar than nature intended, with the average person in Britain consuming around 140 teaspoons a week. It can lead to an addiction as many people don’t realise it is snuck into many foods like pasta sauce, crisps, dips and even vegetable soups. In this seminar we will explore how sugar impacts our body, what we can do to minimise sugar in our diet and how to maintain our weight.
