Local children aged 10-16 years have a brilliant opportunity this summer to utter some of Shakespeare’s iconic text whilst treading the Bard’s boards just like Dame Judi Dench and Sir Ian McKellen have done before them.
Pull the Other Theatre Education’s (PtO’s) five day Shakespeare Drama Workshop and Stage is back with “As You Like It” at the Epsom Playhouse from 3-7 August for 10 - 16 year olds.
Get ready for a week of fun with lots of games and some serious comedic Shakespearean acting! Based on PtO’s acclaimed holiday workshop material the programme is run by their talented and enthusiastic accredited facilitators, who have worked with the likes of the National Youth Theatre, the Royal Shakespeare Company and Shakespeare for Schools Festival.
Come and learn how to speak Shakespeare’s language, build a character for performance and hone your talent and stagecraft in a professional theatre company environment!
