Santa's Christmas Wonderland 2019
Step in to our magical winter wonderland and take a special journey through our 2019 Grotto. You will be greeted by many of our Elves who will be guiding you through our wonderful Christmas experience.
Your journey will start in our craft workshop. Our Elves have been busy making toys all year round and they will need your help. While there will be plenty of Elves to lend a hand, we do ask that all children taking part in the craft are supervised by adults at all times.
As you take a trip through our Wonderland you will step into magical Christmas scenes and have plenty of photo points, opportunities and interactions. We encourage you to take plenty of photos and create some lovely Christmas memories.
No Christmas Grotto would be complete without a present from Father Christmas! This year we wanted you to be able to pick your perfect present and what better way to do this than step inside the Toy Factory and pick fresh off the production line.
This year we have introduced SEND sessions, these tickets are available now and can be purchased via our website under the Events tab.
Introducing My First Christmas
Your baby's first Christmas is a lovely and special time of year. While the craft maybe a little too much for them you will still be able to take part and create a memory together. You then can guide your little one through the wonderland. You will then have the chance to meet Santa and receive a special gift that he has been busy crafting just for your first Christmas together.

- Child: Off Peak £14.50/ Peak £16.50
- Adult: Off Peak £4.00 / Peak £4.50 (There must be 1 paying adult for every 4 children entering the Grotto, Adult Ticket does not include craft or gift. Every Adult will require a ticket to enter.)
