London Contemporary Theatre are proud to present the much loved classic tale Pygmalion at the Epsom Playhouse on Thursday 5 November.
When Henry Higgins, a phonetics expert, bets his friend that he can make a lady out of a common flower girl, Eliza Doolittle, he gets more than he bargains for…
Pygmalion explores attitudes to social class, relationships and human behaviour that are as relevant today as when the play was written. Set in the swinging sixties and using well-known music from that decade, this is Pygmalion as never been seen before. Pygmalion is one of George Bernard Shaw's most famous comedies and it is also the play of which the musical "My Fair Lady" is based.
