Sign up, limber up and off you go! Spring into action for Sunflower this May with a friendly off-road fun run designed for all ages and abilities. Simply pay an entry fee of £10 (for 5k) £15 (for 10k) or £5 (for children) and join in. A great way to get fit, have fun, fulfil a personal challenge, get some fresh air and support a children’s charity, the Sunflower Trust, at the same time.
