Our June’s wedding is a play about family and how families celebrate and share traditions. Set amongst the anticipation, pomp and order of an English wedding in the Surrey countryside we meet our characters and are introduced to the world of the Hardcastle and Merryweather families.
The play moves from its initial wedding ceremony to a second venue (The Village Centre), the audience follow and ‘time travel’ with the characters to Midsummer’s eve, a night with its own traditions and a magical night when the unexpected can happen.
Tickets are free but booking is essential. Please book by registering for a ticket on the Eventbrite website or by calling Chantal on 01932 425688.
Donations are welcome by retiring collection.
The show will start at 2pm at St Jude's Church. We will move to the Village Centre by foot at approximately 2.45pm. The show will finish at 3.30pm at the latest.
Tea and coffee, other refreshments, wheelchair access and toilets will be available.
