Chris Hollingshurst and Danny Wignall, Red House Rhythm & Blues Duo performing
Music and Dinner Night with Red House Rhythm & Blues Duo and Matthew Hollingshurst. In 'Seasons' at Guildford Cathedral.
Danny Wignall and Chris Hollingshurst who share the same line of work, met at a clergy conference in 2015, where Chris was playing the piano in an entertainment revue: 'Do you play blues' was the question, and the rest, as they say.... They both enjoy playing some of their favourite music with a bluesy twist, they have shared their music and their sense of fun with audiences around Surrey.
On the night, they will be joined with Chris's son Matthew, a fabulous singer with a rather less bluesy but no less entertaining set of song arrangements. All three are hoping to perform together as a trio towards the end of the evening.
