This 6 week Mindfulness for Wellbeing course is designed to give you the tools you need to bring mindful awareness to your life, de-stress and find some inner peace.
Over 6 weeks you will learn:
- How to meditate.
- What Mindfulness is and how to incorporate it into your life.
- Tools for dealing with stress, physical and emotional pain.
- How to get more from everyday life.
Course requirements: You don’t need any previous meditation experience, just an open mind, a willingness to give it a go and a commitment to carrying out a daily meditation practice for the duration of the course. This is a secular course, there is nothing in particular to believe and everyone is welcome to take part.
