This performance has been designated as a Relaxed Performance.
What is a Relaxed Performance?
A relaxed performance is open to everyone and is intended specifically to be sensitive to and accepting of audience members who may benefit from a more relaxed environment, including (but not limited to) those with Autistic Spectrum Conditions, anyone with sensory and communication disorders or learning disabled people. Babes-in-arms and small children are also welcome. This means that there is a more casual approach to front-of-house etiquette and we ask audience members to be aware of people's needs to move or make involuntary noise. The 1960s are drawing to a close and the Summer of Love has cast its spell on the youth of the city. Seeking to escape its harsh laws, four young lovers find themselves lost in a mystical wood populated by warring fairies, mischievous sprites and an earnest group of amateur actors, one of whom seems to have grown a donkey’s head…
GSC invite you to join them on an adventure into Guildford’s best kept secret; Racks Close. This wooded wilderness with multi-level grass banks and meandering paths will be the perfect setting for a magical night to remember.
