Mane Chance Sanctuary is delighted to announce details of their Big Summer Open Day to be held on Sunday 20th August at the sanctuary in Compton. Gates open at 12 noon on the day and adults and children of all ages are welcome. The day includes three guided tours of their horses at 1pm, 2.30pm and 4pm where you can meet and learn about their very special healing herd of 31 horses. Well known journalist and TV presenter, Eamonn Holmes, will be opening their new pond at 12.30, so if you would like to meet him, get there on time!
There will be entertainment throughout the afternoon plus a wide and varied selection of stalls including pre-loved equine rugs and tack, home grown produce, jewellery and much much more. There will also be activities for the children and, of course, refreshments including their now infamous BBQ. Boxa, the live two piece band will be performing for everyone and Jack and his chainsaw will be there again!!!
On the day family tickets (up to 2 adults and 2 children) are just £15 with adults £6, OAP’s and children just £5. Discounts are available for advance e-ticket bookings and for larger groups.
