This is a concert of music for a summer evening to move you and set the spine tingling. Conducted by Robin Kimber, the choir and orchestra (led by Julian Leaper) perform Pergolesi's Magnificat, Buxtehude's Cantata: Alles was ihr tut, Mozart's Missa Brevis in G (KV140) and Ave Verum, JS Bach's Jesu joy of Man’s desiring, Grayston Ives' Listen sweet dove, Kodaly's Pange lingua, Brahms' Geistliches lied, Rutter's Awake ye heavenly choirs, Gaelic blessing and The lord bless you, Britten's Jubilate Deo in C in the super acoustic of St Martin's Church, Church Street, Epsom KT17 4PX at 7.30pm on Saturday 13th June.
