Families and four-legged friends make the market a sociable event
Among the 47 independent traders setting out their stalls are much-requested returners such as Heron Plants with pots of unusual interest, Avlaki Olive Oils’ gorgeous Greek bottles and SJH Upholstery with retro upcycled pieces. Nut Knowle Farm will have seasonal specials of fresh goat and kid meat and there’ll be Easter ideas aplenty on the craft stalls. First up in the sunshine-yellow music marquee is harmonica maestro and folk musician Ed Hopwood followed by (also much-requested returners) The Dustbowl Sinners, hot from the dustbowls of Surrey.
