The Kate Green Band

Singer Kate Green was born into a Strathclyde family with deep Irish roots and its own tradition of song and music. Her 2007 release “An Unkindness of Ravens” was reviewed as “a stunning disc which really shouldn’t be ignored" in Folk Roots. Mike Harding has described her as “a great singer, working with the best musicians in tune with her every inflection and a superb choice of songs. This is rare magic indeed." She will be in concert with Patrick Walker (fiddle), Raymond Greenoaken ( guitar, banjo) and Brian Bell (bass).
