A weekend of unwinding and learning how to look after your body. A mix of yoga and pilates classes of different formats, suitable for all levels. Even something for the men, 'Man-up' Pilates and 'Tight Guys' Yoga on Sunday, these two classes are open to women too.
Taster treatments of hot stone massage, crystal healing and soft tissue release also available at a small cost. Learn about back care too and suitable movements to look after your back as well as beauty secrets to look after your face and body. Nutritional advice will also be on hand and experience some healthy drinks and snacks.
The day passes allow you to experience the regular classes running at the weekend as well as the added festival classes, therefore, giving you unlimited classes for the day.
