Great Journeys in History
Explore the epic journeys of the past that changed the world and our understanding of it. From Marco Polo to Amelia Earhart, we look at what it was like to be on an expedition, climb a summit, follow a fossil trail or look back at the Earth from outer space. We will examine dramatic photographs taken by modern explorers and share in the exhilaration of successes or understand why some went disastrously wrong.
