Free yoga sessions with Natascha Zeller, local yoga specialist. The sessions take place on Wednesday evenings, from 7pm – 8pm, and are completely free - each evening you can sign up on a first-come-first-served basis.
The classes are designed for everyone, with all abilities welcome. Whether you're a master yogi or an absolute beginner, feel free to come along and enjoy an hour of breathing exercises and flowing stretches, with refreshments provided.
